Essential Duties
Utilize Sales skills on qualified appointments
Meet and build rapport with customers in their homes
Determine their design needs
Educate customers by presenting the Schicker Luxury Bath solution
Close sales
Conduct job site measuring
Photograph spaces appropriately
Create designs with customers
Select appropriate products
Correctly calculate costs of projects
Learn and implement the Schicker Luxury Bath sales system, tools, training, and resources
Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years of direct to customer sales experience; in-home sales experience a plus
Home improvement related sales experience preferred
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Outstanding communication skills
Responsible and reliable
Coachable mindset
Competitive by nature
Clean driving record and background check
Warm, outgoing, and enthusiastic
Desire to help your clients find the best solutions for their needs
Independent, self-motivated, disciplined, high achiever
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and MarketSharp or other CRM a plus
High school diploma or GED required
