Affiliate Marketing Manager
to own and grow that channel from the ground up. Position Summary
We’re seeking a motivated and results-driven
Affiliate Marketing Manager
to lead our affiliate acquisition, management, and growth strategy. This is a
commission-based role for the first 3 months
with
base + commission starting in month 4
— ideal for someone who thrives in a performance-based environment and is ready to build something meaningful with the support of a creative agency team behind them. Key Responsibilities
Build and scale Keymik’s affiliate marketing program from scratch Recruit and onboard new affiliates, influencers, and referral partners Manage ongoing relationships with affiliates: support, communication, optimization Develop commission structures, incentives, and partner tiers Track performance metrics: traffic, conversions, revenue, ROI Use affiliate platforms (or set one up) to manage tracking and reporting Collaborate with design and content teams to equip affiliates with branded assets Monitor compliance, fraud, and FTC guidelines Optimize affiliate performance through testing, segmentation, and incentives Stay on top of affiliate marketing trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements
2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or performance marketing Proven track record of recruiting and growing affiliate programs Experience with affiliate software platforms Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels and attribution Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced agency environment Preferred Qualifications Experience launching an affiliate program from scratch Prior work in a marketing agency, SaaS, or eCommerce setting Familiarity with influencer partnerships as part of affiliate strategy Understanding of compliance, terms, and FTC disclosure requirements
Compensation Structure
First 3 months:
Commission-only (uncapped earnings based on performance) After 3 months:
Base salary + continued commission Performance reviewed monthly with potential for early transition based on results High-earning potential tied directly to new affiliate signups and revenue growth Base salary + uncapped commission Hybrid work setup in Buckhead Health, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) with employer match PTO and holidays Work alongside a driven, creative, and collaborative team
