In this role, you will collaborate closely with the broader marketing, content, and operations teams, playing a key role in reinforcing Hyatt’s brand identity and leading creative initiatives across digital, print, social, and identity channels. You enjoy working with others, are results‑driven, and are eager for professional growth. The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and detail‑oriented Senior Presentation Designer to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of visual storytelling and the ability to translate complex executive presentations into clear, impactful, and engaging communications. Collaborate with the Global Director of Creative and cross‑functional teams to conceptualize and deliver visually compelling assets aligned with business goals. Design and implement brand‑aligned creative across digital, print, social, and identity channels. Prepare and finalize print‑ready and digital files with precision, ensuring adherence to technical specifications. Manage the Digital Asset Library, ensuring assets are properly uploaded, tagged, and accessible. Employ time management, critical thinking, and communication skills to navigate fast‑paced workflows. Research emerging trends, tools, and technologies to keep creative output innovative. Prioritize multiple concurrent projects, resolve challenges, and meet critical deadlines. Maintain visual consistency across all assets in alignment with Hyatt’s global brand standards. Design visually compelling presentations that communicate complex ideas with clarity and precision. Mentor and support developing team members by providing feedback and fostering growth. Qualifications 7+ years of experience in presentation and event design, with a portfolio of executive‑level presentations. Expert proficiency in PowerPoint, including custom templates, slide masters, animations, and multimedia integration. Strong understanding of storytelling principles and ability to structure presentations for audience engagement. Elevated typography skills and attention to detail. Experience collaborating with senior executives to translate complex ideas into visually impactful presentations. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.). Video editing skills for dynamic content integration. Exceptional communication, organization, and project management skills. Ability to thrive in fast‑paced environments and manage tight deadlines. Expert knowledge of print and digital file production. Preferred Experience Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field. Experience working with digital asset management systems. Familiarity with project management tools, preferably Workfront. Knowledge of motion design and video editing using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro. Experience designing for hospitality, travel, or luxury lifestyle brands. Curiosity and adaptability, with interest in AI tools and emerging creative technologies. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus. The final pay rate will depend on experience, skill level, and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of work performance.
