We’re looking for an experienced Instructional Designer to support our client on a 6-month W2 contract. This fully remote role is open to US-based applicants and offers the opportunity to shape engaging learning experiences that drive performance and knowledge retention.
What You’ll Do:
Design and refine interactive training content across digital, visual, and audio formats
Deliver or support live training sessions tailored to diverse audiences
Use learner feedback and performance data to improve training outcomes
Collaborate with stakeholders to assess learning needs and align content with business goals
Promote inclusive, engaging learning environments that support knowledge transfer
Apply learning analytics to identify areas for continuous improvement
Build strong cross-functional relationships and influence stakeholders through effective communication
Embrace change and align training initiatives with evolving strategic priorities
What You Bring:
3+ years of instructional design or equivalent experience
Proficiency in Camtasia and Articulate
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience with MS365 and eLearning authoring tools
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Plus to have basic knowledge of HTML, HTML5, SCORM, and MP4 formats
