AtScale is seeking a creative and detail-oriented content marketer to craft compelling stories and campaigns that showcase how enterprises use data and AI through the semantic layer.
This role focuses on hands-on content creation — writing, editing, and coordinating visuals for marketing programs that drive brand awareness, engagement, and demand. You’ll collaborate closely with design, product marketing, and sales to produce high-quality assets across digital channels.
This is an ideal role for a marketing writer or content creator who loves turning complex ideas into simple, impactful stories and seeing their work published across multiple touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Execution Write and edit all marketing content, including blogs, case studies, website copy, white papers, emails, and social media posts.
Contribute to AtScale’s content calendar and execute multi-channel initiatives across web, social, webinars, podcasts, and paid media.
Record, host, and lead webinar and podcast sessions, coordinating with internal experts, partners, and customers.
Work with a graphic designer to create visually engaging, on-brand assets for thought leadership pieces, social ads, and email campaigns.
Repurpose and adapt existing content into new formats for maximum reach and impact.
Campaign & Program Support Support demand generation and partner marketing campaigns with content that drives engagement and conversion.
Collaborate with marketing operations to publish and promote content across digital platforms.
Ensure all content is optimized for SEO, readability, and performance tracking.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with product, sales, and engineering teams to ensure content accurately represents AtScale’s value and technology.
Support internal and partner-led events with promotional and follow-up content.
Manage projects with external writers, designers, or contractors when needed to scale content production.
Qualifications Hands-on content creator with a strategic mindset and sharp editorial instincts, skilled at adapting voice and tone for diverse audiences and buyer personas.
3+ years of B2B content marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, data, analytics, or AI technology.
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills across multiple formats (technical and non-technical).
Proven ability to execute and manage multi-channel content campaigns that support brand and demand goals.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and process-driven; comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines.
Curious about AI tools and automation to improve efficiency and creativity in content production.
Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, startup environment where priorities shift and creativity thrives.
Familiar with CRM and marketing tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Assembly, Canva, and Riverside.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, collaborative, startup environment with shifting priorities.
Hybrid workplace. Must be able to commute to Boston, MA a few days a week.

Compensation $80-100,000 salary range. Total compensation includes base pay, performance-based bonuses, and potential equity. Individual packages vary based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
