Base Pay Range $65,500.00/yr - $98,000.00/yr Responsibilities Communicate with customers, suppliers, and associates verbally and in writing. Implement the business plan for the area of responsibility by setting goals, managing staffing, scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals. Monitor and manage productivity by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports. Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on logistics and company policies and procedures, monitoring compliance, and distributing documentation. Identify associate, customer, and supplier concerns, consult with others when needed, and recommend corrective action. Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and supporting training and development needs. Build high‑performing teams, embrace differences, and create a culture of belonging where associates feel seen and supported. Act with integrity, promote ethical standards, and support Walmart’s regenerative goals and community impact. Minimum Qualifications Associate’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year supervisory experience OR Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field OR 1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience OR 2 years Walmart Logistics experience OR 2 years supervisory experience. Attend and successfully complete all job‑required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy training, Open Door training). Preferred Qualifications Microsoft Office proficiency, experience supervising associates, and Walmart Logistics Manager experience. Background in Business or Logistics (Bachelor’s degree).
