Job Overview Lincoln Land Community College is hiring a Marketing Manager to collaborate with the Chief Communications Officer in creating and implementing a collegewide marketing plan and managing advertising programs for various departments. Responsibilities Collaborate with the Chief Communications Officer in the creation and implementation of the annual collegewide marketing plan and budgeting for individual advertising vendors. Develop and implement individual advertising plans for college programs and departments and monitor advertising performance. Conceptualize and create marketing collateral, conduct student focus groups, and track and analyze ad campaigns using CRM systems, social media platforms, digital dashboards, and Google Analytics (GA4). Monitor ad budgets and assist the Chief Communications Officer with advertising buys and assist in the college planning and assessment program by developing annual work unit objectives that impact long‑range priority goals. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field, and one to three years of relevant experience (an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered). Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, CRMs and other software. Employment is contingent upon a successful criminal background check. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in a related field. Experience in higher education marketing. Salary and Benefits Starting salary is likely to be between $64,946 and $75,945 per year with an excellent benefits package.
