As a Web Content Author, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing digital content within the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform.

Top Skills

  • 3+ years of web/content authoring experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • 3+ years of CMS experience. AEM preferred but open to other CMS platforms
  • Experience with Adobe product suite
  • Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Content Placement: Executing the placement of content and assets for internal and external websites using the AEM content management system. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and a solid understanding of web publishing and HTML and CSS. Change the content on the site to fit what the business is looking for.
  • Collaboration: Collaborating with internal partners to meet business needs and resolve issues related to content authoring.
  • Web Page Management: Utilizing AEM tools and features to author, manage, and update web pages and landing pages.
  • Creating, editing, and publishing written and multimedia content for various platforms, including websites, blogs, and marketing materials. Produce engaging, informative, and SEO‑friendly material that aligns with the company’s brand and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with a marketing/eCommerce environment.
  • Understanding of shopper experience.
  • Familiarity with AEM or similar content management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Understanding HTML and CSS is crucial for formatting and styling content within AEM.
  • Familiarity with web publishing concepts, including how websites function and how content is delivered to users.
  • Proficiency in using the AEM Page Editor, which allows authors to create and edit content using a what‑you‑see‑is‑what‑you‑get (WYSIWYG) interface.
  • Familiarity with the Universal Editor, a modern UI that enables content authoring in a content‑agnostic way.
  • Understanding how to create headless content using the AEM Content Fragment Editor.
  • Ensuring content accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills when working closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders.
  • Troubleshooting issues related to content placement, formatting, or publishing.
  • Adaptability: Staying updated with the latest AEM features and best practices.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
