Onward Search is hiring: Senior Designer [80226] in West Hollywood

Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re looking to hire a Senior Designer for a prestige Beauty brand.

You’ll join the Creative team to conceptualize and execute creative assets for digital, social, e-commerce, in-store, OOH, video, print, and packaging. This is a 3 month contract opportunity. The role is located in West Hollywood, CA and is Hybrid 3 days/week in the office (Tues-Weds-Thurs).

Responsibilities

• Lead concept development and execution of creative assets across digital, social, print, video, and packaging.
• Oversee projects from ideation through production, including art direction, retouching, and final delivery.
• Collaborate with creative leadership to translate marketing goals into cohesive, on-brand visual design.
• Apply motion graphics and typography to enhance digital and social video content.
• Manage multiple priorities and maintain high-quality standards across all deliverables.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of design experience in beauty, fashion, or luxury (agency or in-house).
• Proven portfolio demonstrating excellence across video, digital, and print design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere) and motion graphics tools.
• Strong conceptual, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience mentoring or managing junior designers and fostering creative growth.
