Position: Seasonal Ambassador
Hours: 0–39 hours per week

Responsibilities
- Driving Sales: Utilize StoreForce dashboard results and seek feedback to exceed sales goals. Take ownership of your results and actively grow your contribution to the store’s overall sales.
- Customer Experience: Consistently deliver a world‑class customer experience to every customer who walks into the store. Connect with customers, identify their needs by listening attentively and asking open‑ended questions, and demonstrate the unique benefits of Lush products. Seek opportunities to brighten customers’ days and leave the world Lusher than you found it.
- Building the Brand: Educate customers on our brand values, including our stance on fighting animal testing, freshest cosmetics, ethical buying, 100% vegetarian, handmade, and naked packaging. Engage the community by hosting store parties and other initiatives that bring traffic and inspire a positive impact.
- Product Passion: Continually expand your product knowledge with ongoing learning and deep dives into all things Lush. Stay up‑to‑date on products, ingredients, and benefits to confidently recommend the right options for each customer.
- Development: Use Lush resources to advance sales techniques and product knowledge. Take responsibility for your growth, assess performance, and pursue feedback and opportunities to improve skills and knowledge.
- Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging: Encourage open communication, actively listen to team members’ perspectives, and foster belonging by promoting teamwork and valuing each employee’s unique contributions.

- Stock and Inventory: Apply visual merchandising guidelines to adjust displays in real time based on sales and improve the customer experience.
- Policies and Procedures: Practice company standards for opening and closing, product integrity, respectful workplace, and health and safety.
Qualifications
Required:- Excellent customer service skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience with consultation‑based customer service models.
- Strong problem‑solving skills to address day‑to‑day operational issues.
- Experience working in a team environment.
- Experience in skincare or cosmetics.
- Experience in cross‑cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training.
- Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages.
Compensation
Magazine Street Pay: $14.50 USD per hour
