Position Summary
As a Senior Public Relations Manager, you effortlessly anticipate your client’s needs, communicate clearly, and know how to tackle and solve the unexpected challenge. You love working with the media (legacy and new), understand how to craft relevant, attention-grabbing pitches and believe in the art of follow-through. Ultimately, you thrive on generating publicity and talk value for your clients, no matter the channel. Your exceptional coordination and cross-discipline communications makes you valuable to every account and team you touch.
Essential Responsibilities
- Advocates for client, supporting the client strategy in all assigned work including, but not limited to: content creation (including paid, earned, shared and owned), media relations, influencer relations and experiential activations.
- Works with PR and social teams to drive media relations strategy, maintain media relationships and lead pitch efforts, as needed.
- Works with cross-discipline account team, PR team and senior leadership to review and present concepts for approval.
- Manages daily assigned workload, completing projects on deadline; pulls program metrics for client reports, as assigned.
- Researches PR opportunities that may expand or improve client strategies; identifies information and resources to include in annual program planning, incremental planning and new business responses, as assigned.
- Performs other duties as assigned from time to time to meet the changing needs of the agency.
Experience
- 3+ years of agency or corporate experience in a PR or communications role.
- Transportation, automotive and/or technology experience strongly preferred.

Compensation Details
The salary range for this position is $58,000 – $68,000. Our employees are eligible for a full package of traditional benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance. We are a hybrid work company (3 days/week in-office, 2 days/week remote is a typical week at broadhead) with Paid Time Off, paid holidays, and 401(k) matching. In addition, we provide paid parental leave, performance-based bonuses, employee stipends, and gym access. Employees can receive employer contributions to HSAs, FSAs, and Student Loan Debt Repayment benefits.
