Great Day Improvements is hiring: Field Marketer in Burnsville

Great Day Improvements, LLC, is looking for a Brand Ambassador to represent our home improvement brand, K-Designers. We are seeking professional, driven, and outgoing marketers to generate new client relationships and build brand awareness.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be face‑to‑face generating new clients at various contracted events and residential neighborhoods throughout the states we currently operate in. The role includes collecting reviews from our previous customers and converting interested homeowners into new opportunities to purchase our products and services. This is an hourly position with commission earned when a new client you generated makes a purchase. We also reimburse certain costs associated with travel and offer performance‑based bonuses.

Outstanding earning potential – hourly plus bonuses and commission.

Responsibilities

• Engage in generating highly qualified leads using all forms of field marketing.
• Memorize and recite scripts and statements prepared by K‑Designers.
• Introduce K‑Designers offers to potential and existing customers and schedule appointments for estimates.
• Collect contact details, availability, and signatures from homeowners.
• Confidently answer questions and respond to objections from homeowners using rebuttals to drive as many leads as possible.
• Transport yourself to assigned events or territories and work independently while representing K‑Designers with the utmost courtesy and professionalism.
• Recruit, train, onboard, and mentor new Brand Ambassadors as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation to transport yourself and event gear to various locations throughout the region.
• Previous field marketing, canvassing/door‑to‑door, or outside experience is a plus, but not required.
• Age 18 or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
