Overview
Compound Growth Marketing, LLC (CGM) works with high growth SaaS companies to help them stand-up demand generation strategies (SEO, SEM, paid acquisition), funnel automation/conversion, and marketing analytics. The primary focus for this role will be managing, executing and optimizing paid social media campaigns across multiple clients, and focusing on getting our clients results at scale. CGM is looking for an analytical-minded person with a pragmatic approach to prioritization, and experience in a demand generation setting. We bring a unique perspective to our work because we are not career consultants; we have been in-house and dealt with sales teams and understand the need for quality leads. Base pay range
for this role is $48,000.00/yr - $52,000.00/yr. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Responsibilities
Assist in planning, building, and managing paid social campaigns across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Reddit, Meta, etc.) Monitor daily campaign performance and pacing; adjust targeting, budgets, and creatives as needed Analyze performance data to identify trends and optimization opportunities Support in creating A/B tests for creative, copy, and audience targeting Understand platform, campaign, creative and content best practices working with in-house and client teams to ensure alignment Prepare performance reports and insights for client presentations Stay current with paid media trends, algorithm updates, and platform innovations Manage and maintain ad accounts, ensuring tracking and pixels are properly set up Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in paid social media (agency experience preferred) Hands on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Reddit and X (not all required but LinkedIn experience preferred) Strong analytical skills with comfort using performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS) Experience with Google Analytics or similar analytics platforms Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication Passion for digital marketing, trends, and creative storytelling B2B campaign experience Nice to Have
Experience with paid search or programmatic platforms Familiarity with creative testing and ad design best practices Understanding of conversion tracking and pixel setup Proficiency with reporting tools such as Looker Studio or Supermetrics Why You\'ll Love Working Here
