A Bit About Us We are a growing law firm in South Florida focused on creditors’ rights, foreclosure litigation, and related matters. We seek a motivated and talented attorney to join our team to handle a high-volume docket, represent lenders in foreclosure and post-foreclosure matters, and assist with strategic litigation and negotiation. You will collaborate with senior attorneys, manage your own cases, and help support the firm’s goals of excellent client service and strong legal results.

Job Details

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Admission to the Florida Bar, in good standing

Significant experience in creditors’ rights, foreclosure, real estate litigation or related fields

Strong litigation skills, including motion practice, hearings, trial preparation

Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills

Ability to manage a docket with multiple cases under tight deadlines

Good communication skills, both with clients and opposing counsel

Self-motivated, organized, and detail oriented
