Principal Marketing Manager, Services

to lead strategic, cross-functional go-to-market (GTM) execution across our Services portfolio. This leader will be a key partner in shaping GTM plans, ensuring flawless execution, and driving measurable outcomes that accelerate adoption, retention, and growth in FY26 and beyond. Responsibilities

Partner with cross-functional teams (Product Marketing, Sales, Brand, Comms) to co-create and execute GTM strategies that drive adoption of Services offerings. Quarterback end-to-end integrated campaigns across digital, in-product, sales, PR, and events, delivering measurable impact on average revenue per customer. Act as a connector across functions, ensuring all GTM activities ladder into a cohesive plan while influencing priorities with proactive, data-backed perspectives. Leverage AI-driven insights, bold creative activations, and experimentation to personalize and optimize marketing performance. Inspire and align executive leaders and industry stakeholders through compelling narratives. Mentor and elevate senior marketers, modeling extreme ownership and setting the bar for integrated marketing excellence. 12+ years of progressive marketing experience with proven record of leading cross-functional GTM execution. Deep understanding of Payments and Payroll solutions and SMB/mid-market needs. Proven ability to deliver measurable outcomes in acquisition, adoption, retention, and growth. Experience leading multi-channel campaigns spanning brand, acquisition, lifecycle, and partnerships. Strong communication and storytelling skills, able to inspire executives and external audiences. Demonstrated success leveraging data, AI, and experimentation to optimize performance. BA/BS in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance rewards approach.
