Overview
Professional recruitment leadership opportunity with a leading Performance Digital Agency and cross-screen digital marketing platform. The role seeks a Senior Vice President (SVP) of Sales with 9-10+ years of digital media sales experience (including programmatic & CTV) and enterprise client acquisition experience from agencies, performance media, programmatic, or data/audience targeting environments. The candidate should have relationships across the media and marketing ecosystem, a strong command of programmatic, digital, and omni-channel buying models, and the ability to drive new business across enterprise brands through data-informed media strategies. The position offers growth potential and financial upside, with compensation tied to performance and leadership responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Own and develop a portfolio of enterprise prospects; engage senior-level decision makers in Marketing, Media, and Finance. Identify client challenges and create tailored proposals that leverage audience-based media strategies, proprietary trading models, and performance-based pricing structures. Oversee complex, multi-party negotiations spanning digital media, including programmatic buying and emerging technologies. Provide market intelligence and feedback to leadership, influencing go-to-market strategies and client offerings. Qualifications
10+ years Digital Media Sales experience (including programmatic sales) from an agency background with a focus on digital and cross-platform solutions. Proven track record selling programmatic advertising solutions to enterprise level brands (programmatic sales required). Proven success closing high-value digital media or deals with enterprise brands. Strong grasp of audience-based and principal-based media buying models (programmatic, CTV, social, etc.). Financially fluent; able to articulate ROI, working vs. non-working spend, and trade value mechanics. Consultative sales style with executive presence, credibility, and strategic perspective. Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving both agencies and clients. Compensation and Benefits
Base pay range:
$250,000.00/yr - $500,000.00/yr Additional compensation types:
