Responsibilities

Efficiency: Work with stakeholders to improve time to market of customer growth campaigns.

Partner Cross-Functionally: Coordinate between analytics, data science, operations and Product Marketing on prioritization of growth campaigns, targeting and metrics of success.

Agility & Influence: Demonstrates the ability to shift across multiple priorities and requests, while influencing stakeholders to adapt execution strategies based on the initiative’s urgency.

Communicate Insights & Impact: Distill analyses of growth campaigns into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

Drive Continuous Optimization: Establish feedback loops with stakeholders; set up planning and reporting processes.

AI-Driven Innovation: Leverage AI to enhance production, delivery, and optimization of customer growth campaigns—enabling smarter targeting, faster execution, and deeper insights at scale.

Experimentation Mindset: Set up processes for experimentation and collaborate with data science to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 1+ year of integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience OR equivalent experience.

2+ years experience in integrated marketing, campaign management, or product marketing.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 3+ years integrated marketing experience OR equivalent experience.

5 years experience in integrated marketing, campaign management, or product marketing.

Integrated Marketing IC3 – The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $85,100 - $169,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, with a base pay range of USD $112,000 - $185,300 per year in those locations.
