The Associate Director, Marketing will manage a portfolio operations across e-commerce, marketing journeys, analytics, customer support & sales, technology, fulfillment, and finance. Responsibilities
Develops and executes strategic plans to drive clinician awareness, conversion, and engagement through omnichannel marketing, technology optimizations and innovations Partners with sales, customer service, and fulfillment operations to ensure program KPI and SLAs are being met across internal and external partners Drive improvements in KPI monitoring and analytics programs Collaborates with marketing team members and cross-functional partners to drive positive business outcomes through new tests, features, initiatives, and product/service launches Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field, MBA preferred 10+ years’ experience as a senior level marketer in healthcare Omnichannel strategies and the management of end-to-end clinician experiences Consistent track record leading a portfolio of multiple/interconnected projects focusing on synergy, productivity, and resource management Experience delivering high-performing product and project improvements Excellent analytical skills Effectively communicates and successfully works well with all levels of the organization Senior/Employment Details
