Social Media Marketing Specialist

for our client in the Dallas area! Utilize your creativity to enhance brand awareness and drive user engagement across multiple social media platforms. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective social media strategies that enhance engagement and elevate brand visibility. Manage and curate comprehensive content calendars. Design, edit, and publish captivating content including reels, stories, graphics, and videos. Stay ahead of social media trends and cultural moments. Engage with online communities, responding to DMs and comments to foster meaningful conversations and brand loyalty. Monitor, analyze, and report on social media metrics and performance. Assist in managing influencer partnerships and developing user-generated content (UGC). Collaborate with marketing, creative, operations, and leadership teams to support integrated campaigns and execute brand initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred. 4-7 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing. Proficient in scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout, Hootsuite, Later, native platform analytics). Strong skills in content creation. Experience with paid campaigns is a plus. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously. Compensation:

$30.00 - 40.00 per hour This is a contractual position with a hybrid work option in Dallas, Texas.
