Cary, NC (Hybrid - 2 days/week onsite, 3 days remote)
Shift - 9 am to 5 pm
This position is for the
Healthcare Diagnostics
division.
We are looking for a
Marketing Communications Specialist (Flyers/Newsletters)
to assist in the development of routine marketing communication materials required to support marketing plans and programs. Assists with the maintenance of electronic libraries for use in routine
advertising, brochures , internet, and intranet development, presentations, and
trade shows . Assists in preparing routine reports and various documents to measure various sales and promotional communications. Assists in coordinating routine projects, such as trade shows, awareness, and demand generation campaigns. Assists with project tracking for the Marketing Communications department.
Responsibilities
Assists Marketing Communications Manager in creating
digital marketing
material, such as
flyers ,
white papers , videos, and PowerPoint presentations for the current product portfolio and upcoming product launches.
Maintains Customer Services USA Intranet and Internet with a content management system and SharePoint tools
Manages operational tools, including the regulatory review process and opening job requests for creative services and other channel partners.
Maintains content libraries and ensures usability for sales
Manages and executes internal communication projects such as the internal newsletter.

Requirements
Degree in Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience Level: Entry-level; recent college graduates are acceptable. Ideal range is 0–3 years, including internship
Basic proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite
(Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
General business acumen
The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent operational and
project management
skills, communications and
writing
skills, resourcefulness, and the ability to work effectively within a matrixed organization.
Experience with Microsoft 365 apps is a plus
Nice-to-Have skills
Website/content management experience (e.g., WordPress)
Familiarity with Scrovito (internal CMS tool; training provided)
