As a Strategy and Operations Manager, you will spearhead transformation and identify growth opportunities for our services. You will work in a high-growth environment where your contributions have direct impact. Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and execute key business initiatives to drive growth and profitability. Operational Efficiency & Data Analysis: Identify and implement process improvements; conduct analyses of business performance, market trends, and operational metrics to inform decisions. Project Management & Cross-functional Collaboration: Manage strategic initiatives from conception to execution with finance, marketing, sales, and product teams; identify mitigation strategies, prioritize initiatives, and align with cross-functional leaders. Reporting & Presentations: Develop presentations and reports for senior leadership; communicate findings, recommendations, and progress on initiatives (weekly, monthly, quarterly). Market Research: Research competitors and industry trends; assess business performance related to GTM activities and identify opportunities to accelerate performance. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred. 7+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, or related field; ideally with management consulting or large technology company experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience with data analysis, financial modeling, KPI trend analysis; proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite; SQL and Tableau a plus. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; ability to develop clear reports and presentations; demonstrated leadership and ability to influence across all levels of an organization. Knowledge of lean operations, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies a plus. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; strong organizational and time management skills; comfortable in a dynamic, high-growth environment with ambiguity. Compensation & Benefits
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance approach. This position is eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits. Pay is based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Intuit conducts regular gender and ethnicity pay equity considerations. Base pay ranges (may be adjusted for location): Bay Area, California: 161,500 - 219,000 Southern California: 150,000 - 202,500 Seniority level
