The Marketing Analytics Manager will be the go-to person for transforming data into decisions — connecting the dots across loyalty programs, digital ordering, app performance, and POS systems. You’ll have the opportunity to
build out a new analytics function from the ground up , influence key marketing strategies, and collaborate across teams who are as passionate about brand storytelling as they are about acai bowls. What You’ll Do Develop and execute a comprehensive analytics strategy for sales, loyalty, delivery, and digital marketing performance Design dashboards and visualizations that make trends and opportunities impossible to miss Partner with IT and operations to integrate new data platforms and ensure data accuracy Evaluate loyalty program engagement and online channel performance to drive customer retention and revenue growth Lead ad-hoc problem solving: spot the issue, test the idea, tell the story with data Present insights to marketing and leadership teams in clear, actionable terms What We’re Looking For 4–10 years of marketing analytics, data strategy, or insights experience Strong fluency in data visualization and storytelling tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) Experience analyzing loyalty, digital, and POS data Proven ability to work independently in a “high-growth, hands‑on” environment Bonus points for experience in quick‑service / restaurant / franchise or high-velocity consumer brands Why You’ll Love It Competitive pay + annual bonus Health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match Travel perks, stipends, and the chance to shape analytics at a brand everyone recognizes (and secretly craves) Lindsey Bartlett leads the Market Research & Consumer Insights area.
