team is looking for an experienced marketing manager who can bring to life personalized experiences to the tax filing customer journey through email. You are a competent email marketer who can combine technology and creative marketing to make transformative ideas come to life. You create campaigns that inspire and educate our customers throughout the tax season lifecycle while sharing our message of powering prosperity. This role will be responsible for driving and managing email campaigns that drive customer progression and retention, elevating key value props within the TurboTax product with the ability to tell stories in a compelling way. Responsibilities

Manage TurboTax retention email campaigns focused on “Post Auth” ad hoc, journey, and automated programs that focus on bringing new and returning customers into the TurboTax product. Develop best-in-class email campaigns with compelling storytelling and ensuring brand integrity. Work directly with data managers to understand customer attributes, data origins, and how to utilize that data to trigger and personalize email campaigns. Articulate complex campaign requirements to deployment partners to ensure proper implementation. Maintain calendars and define execution protocols. Promote channel growth with a rigorous test-and-learn strategy, gathering feedback directly from customers. Develop and test hypotheses quickly to provide actionable insights for the business. Help develop omnichannel journey-building capabilities in support of growing lifecycle efforts in partnership with the data activation team. Partner with the analytics team to understand channel performance, gain deeper insights, and identify mitigation measures as needed. Present campaign and channel performance results to the CRM team, the broader organization, and key business stakeholders with clear, concise communication and intent. Qualifications

7+ years of craft expertise in email marketing with demonstrated success in personalization, optimization, and journey orchestration. Exceptional creative brief writing skills that translate to clear, impactful, and action-driven email campaigns with strong storytelling capabilities. Ability to work independently and proactively under tight deadlines and high pressure, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to deliver quality work. Ability to manage multiple work streams and execute with precision. Superior organizational, project management and communication skills; hands-on management of end-to-end campaign deployment. Ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders with a keen eye for business priorities. Experience partnering with Strategy teams to devise, implement and measure complex test plans. Understand key campaign, channel and customer metrics and translate insights into actionable plans. Report on campaign and channel performance with Analytics support as needed and share actionable insights to the organization. Decisive test-and-learn mentality; comfortable challenging norms, asking bold questions, and moving ideas forward quickly. Experience coordinating with CRM data and operations teams to ensure proper implementation. Experience navigating third-party agency partnerships to produce high-quality, reliable work.
