The Marketing Manager will lead our marketing team and execute innovative campaigns that grow our brand, attract new customers, and boost engagement. The ideal candidate will have a mix of strategic thinking and hands‑on campaign management experience, with a passion for digital marketing, sales team partnership and brand storytelling.
Responsibilities and Duties
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across digital, print, and social platforms
Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and team deliverables
Oversee, plan, execute and analyze content creation, SEO, email marketing, and advertising campaigns
Monitor performance metrics and analyze data to optimize campaigns
Collaborate with sales team to align messaging and build customer‑facing materials
Proactively collaborate with internal teams to create customer‑centric campaigns
Conduct market research to identify customer trends and competitive insights
Coordinate events, product launches, and promotional initiatives
Manage and mentor marketing team members
Maintain brand consistency across all channels and materials
Manage the development and documentation of departmental procedures
Participate in internal communication projects, along with other team members
Qualifications and Skills
Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and branding
Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, social media management and CRM systems
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously, maintaining quality
Data‑driven mindset with creative problem‑solving abilities
Strong copywriting and content development skills
Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related education and/or experience
10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2-4 years in management or leadership role
Proven track record of running successful marketing campaigns
Experience with digital platforms, paid media, and marketing automation
Travel:
Minimal travel between our company locations, Headquarters and Business Innovation Center, both in Waukesha
Occasional travel may be expected, possibly 3-4 times per year, for training/conferences or trade shows
Work Environment:
This role is located in a business casual office environment. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am – 4:30pm
May occasionally be exposed to dirt, dust, fumes, chemical vapors, metal work and loud noise
Some physical activity including lifting, bending and standing for above average amounts of time
Remain in a stationary sitting position for periods of time with the ability to work in a sitting and standing position
