BitMart is seeking a visionary, data-driven, and bold Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead the marketing efforts in one of the most competitive and exciting crypto markets. The CMO will define and execute BitMart’s US marketing strategy across all channels — brand, growth, community, and partnerships. You’ll be responsible for shaping how BitMart is perceived in the US market, driving exponential user growth, and establishing our brand as a trusted leader in the crypto ecosystem. You’ll lead a passionate, high-performing team, collaborate with global leaders, and play a pivotal role in BitMart’s next expansion chapter.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and lead BitMart’s US marketing and brand strategy aligned with global goals

Oversee all marketing functions: brand, PR, growth, community, content, and partnerships

Design and execute user growth strategies focused on acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention

Develop scalable growth funnels and experimentation frameworks, leveraging data and analytics to identify high-ROI channels

Drive performance marketing, lifecycle campaigns, referral programs, and growth partnerships to expand the user base

Build and manage multi-channel campaigns to drive acquisition, activation, and retention

Expand brand visibility through creative storytelling, media, KOLs, and strategic collaborations

Lead data-driven growth initiatives — optimize funnel performance, measure ROI, and refine go-to-market tactics

Foster a strong and engaged community across major social platforms

Build, mentor, and scale a world-class marketing team across functions and geographies

Qualifications

5+ years in marketing, including 3+ years in a leadership or executive role

Proven success in crypto, fintech, or Web3 marketing, with measurable user growth achievements

Deep understanding of the US market, user behavior, and crypto ecosystem

Strong analytical mindset — you’re comfortable driving decisions with data and experimentation

Hands-on experience with growth metrics (CAC, LTV, retention, funnel conversion, ROI)

Exceptional leadership, storytelling, and strategic planning skills

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

Fluent English (Mandarin is a plus)

Nice-To-Haves

Experience in major exchanges or regulated financial institutions

Solid media, KOL, and community networks

Track record of scaling marketing operations from 0→1 or through hypergrowth phases

Experience navigating crypto compliance and brand positioning in the US
