With a growing base of specialty practices across pediatrics, OB/GYN, rheumatology, dentistry, and more, the company is tackling one of the most overlooked but critical pain points in healthcare: administrative bottlenecks that slow down care and limit revenue. — to own the go-to-market strategy and directly unlock new deals. This leader will: Design and run specialty-specific campaigns Create sales enablement content that accelerates trust Build repeatable demand generation programs to keep the pipeline full Beyond campaigns, this role will act as a true right-hand to the CEO, operating at a co-CEO level of involvement and influencing how the company positions itself in a conservative, high-stakes market. This is a high-ownership role where scrappiness is essential. The company is prepared to invest in big marketing bets ($30K+) if ROI is clear, and expects this leader to test, scale, and iterate with speed. ️ Responsibilities

Own the go-to-market strategy and demand generation programs Design specialty-specific campaigns across multiple healthcare verticals Produce sales enablement materials (case studies, pitch decks, one-pagers) Partner closely with the CEO on positioning and strategy Experiment with and scale marketing initiatives, including larger budget campaigns Directly contribute to pipeline growth and revenue acceleration ✅ Candidate Requirements

5–10 years of experience in healthcare sales, consulting, executive support, or go-to-market roles (preferably focused on private outpatient clinics) Proven ability to generate pipeline and drive revenue growth Experience building and executing specialty-specific marketing campaigns (pediatrics, OB/GYN, rheumatology, dentistry) Strong ability to create sales enablement materials that accelerate trust and close rates Established healthcare network and credibility with physician-owners, CFOs, and COOs Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment with a focus on experimentation and results Familiarity with AI, CRMs, and modern sales/marketing tools Benefits & Perks
