About the Role
DoorDash is looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead design and strategy for a completely new product offering—DoorDash’s to‑date suite of financial products that help customers save more and earn more. You will design and ship innovative experiences across web and native mobile, define long‑term product vision, and work with cross‑functional stakeholders to drive strategy and roadmap for your team. You will also contribute to a net‑new design system and collaborate closely with Dasher and Merchant teams to build the future of finance across DoorDash.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Senior‑level individual contributor with 5+ years of experience.
- Experience creating consumer‑facing products; experience in consumer finance is a plus.
- Passion for visual design and prototyping; meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong ability to drive clarity in ambiguous (0‑to‑1) spaces.
- Hands‑on, rapid experimentation mindset; direct user interaction for empathy.
- Long‑term vision, strategy collaboration, and pride in being a true design partner.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay range: $124,400 – $260,000 USD (U.S. market dependent). Base salary is localized to work location. Role includes equity grants.
