Hiring: Senior Product Designer – Conversational AI
San Fran, CA (in-office, 5 days a week)
$200–225K base + equity + full benefits

You’ll join a world-class team of AI researchers, engineers, and product leaders from top tech companies and institutions. Backed by leading VCs, they’re operating at unicorn scale and expanding rapidly.
The Role
As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll
- Design, prototype, and refine LLM-driven conversational experiences across multiple user contexts.
- Create natural, empathetic, and accessible interaction flows for both voice and text.
- Partner with engineers and product managers on prompt design, interaction quality, and usability.
- Incorporate user research insights and feedback into design iterations.
- Define best practices and design guidelines for conversational AI interfaces.
What They’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in product design, UX, or conversational design, ideally with AI/LLM products.
- Portfolio showcasing voice or text-based conversational flows.
- Strong understanding of conversational design principles (cooperative principles, turn-taking, cognitive load, etc.).
- Familiarity with speech and language technologies (ASR, NLU, TTS) is a plus.
- Ability to balance creativity, empathy, and safety in design.
