Role Overview

The Director of Product Marketing will lead Accuris’ market and competitive intelligence function while directly managing and mentoring a team of Product Marketing Managers. This highly visible role balances strategic leadership with hands‑on execution and partners closely with Product Management, Sales, Industry Marketing, and Corporate Marketing to ensure solutions are positioned to win in the market, differentiated against competitors, and supported with the right messaging, content, and sales enablement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Marketing Managers.
  • Build a collaborative, insight‑driven culture aligned to CMO and company priorities.
  • Own market research and analysis, including customer needs, buying behavior, and industry dynamics.
  • Lead new market assessments and expansion analysis, providing clear views of TAM, SAM, and SOM for leadership decisions.
  • Track competitor strategies, products, and pricing to deliver actionable insights to leadership and field teams.
  • Run win/loss programs and share findings to refine roadmap, pricing, and GTM execution.
  • Maintain a forward‑looking perspective on engineering and supply chain trends to inform company strategy.
  • Develop clear, differentiated messaging and value propositions for Accuris’ product portfolio.
  • Create market‑level frameworks that individual product marketing teams can adapt for their lines of business.
  • Ensure consistency across channels, with tailored content for executive, technical, and buyer personas.
  • Partner with Product Management as a strategic advisor, bringing voice‑of‑market and customer insight into roadmap and prioritization.
  • Guide GTM and campaign owners with data‑driven recommendations on where to focus and how to differentiate.
  • Collaborate with Industry Marketing to tie product value into industry‑specific narratives.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of B2B product marketing experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in SaaS, workflow solutions, or data‑driven platforms; background in engineering‑related markets is a plus.
  • Strong experience with go‑to‑market planning, product launches, and competitive intelligence.
  • Excellent storytelling skills with ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage, mentor, and grow high‑performing teams.
  • Comfortable operating at both the strategic and tactical levels.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated salary range for this position is $175,000 to $200,000. Final base salary will be based on geography as well as experience and qualifications. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan and comprehensive benefits.
