United PA is a premier property loss advocacy firm representing policyholders — not insurance companies. We protect homeowners, business owners, and property investors navigating fire, water, and storm damage claims. Our mission: to empower clients through education, advocacy, and results.
We’re expanding our impact and bringing all marketing 100% in-house — building a sophisticated, data-driven engine to control our brand, messaging, and lead generation from the inside out.
The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Director of Digital Marketing & Lead Conversion — an experienced, hands‑on professional who thrives in a collaborative, high‑accountability environment.
This role is not about outsourcing or vendor management. It’s for someone who can build, execute, and optimize campaigns directly, while collaborating daily with ownership and leadership to drive measurable business growth.
Core Responsibilities
- Partner directly with executive leadership to define marketing goals, budgets, and performance KPIs.
- Develop and implement United PA’s full-funnel digital marketing strategy.
- Design, manage, and optimize websites and landing pages (WordPress, Elementor, Webflow, or similar).
- Oversee Google Ads, SEO, Meta Ads, and retargeting campaigns — focusing on conversion and ROI.
- Build and run text message and email campaigns for new lead engagement and nurturing.
- Track and improve lead flow from first click to consultation.
- Integrate analytics, call tracking, and CRM data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities.
- Report directly to leadership with actionable insights that shape company decisions.
- Brand Stewardship — Maintain visual and messaging consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Uphold United PA’s professional, trusted brand image in every communication.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience (with measurable conversion and campaign ownership).
- Hands‑on skills in web design, landing page development, and analytics.
- Proficiency with WordPress, Google Ads, Analytics, Meta Business Suite, CRM tools (HubSpot/Zoho), and automation platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset — comfortable interpreting data and presenting insights to executives.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- 100% in‑office availability required — collaboration and accountability are central to our culture.
- (Bonus) Experience in insurance, restoration, or home services sectors.
