Role Responsibilities
- Marketing technology leadership — Define and own the marketing technology roadmap from a business perspective, align tools and platforms to commercial goals and strategy.
- Work with our technology/digital team to evaluate, select, and implement marketing technology solutions that drive personalization, lead generation, and campaign performance.
- Ensure seamless integration across marketing technology and other enterprise systems where appropriate.
- Research and evaluate additional marketing technologies and third‑party data sources that help advance the company’s adoption of a sophisticated account‑based marketing approach.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to drive sustained user adoption of the company’s enterprise CRM platform across the organization.
- Marketing operations & process optimization — Lead and scale the marketing operations function, including campaign workflows, lead scoring, routing, and database management.
- Design and enforce best practices for campaign execution, budgeting, compliance (e.g., GDPR), and lifecycle marketing.
- Partner cross‑functionally to streamline marketing‑to‑sales handoff and feedback loops.
- Data & performance analytics — Own marketing analytics strategy, dashboards, KPIs, attribution models, and ROI reporting.
- Drive marketing performance insights to inform strategy, optimize spend, and improve conversion funnels.
- Lead initiatives for data hygiene, segmentation, and audience and persona targeting.
- Budget & vendor management — Work with our technology/digital team to manage the marketing technology budget and vendor relationships, including negotiations, renewals, and performance evaluation.
- Align investment decisions with evolving marketing strategies and business objectives.
- Team leadership & cross‑functional collaboration — Build and lead a high‑performing team of marketing technologists, analysts, and operations professionals.
- Act as a strategic partner to sales, product, IT, finance, service line and executive leadership to align on priorities and technology needs.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in marketing technology, operations, or related fields.
- Demonstrated leadership in building scalable marketing systems and processes at a large professional services and/or B2B technology organization.
- Deep knowledge of marketing platforms (CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools, ABM platforms, etc.).
- Strong commercial and technical acumen with a systems‑thinking approach; understanding of data architecture, APIs, and system integrations.
- Proven track record of driving marketing performance through data and technology.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA or technical Master’s preferred).
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B SaaS, eCommerce, or other digital industries.
- Working familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
- Change management and stakeholder alignment experience in complex organizations.
- Certifications and/or demonstrated experience in Salesforce, Marketo, Adobe, Wordpress or similar platforms.
- Experience developing and deploying scalable marketing operations in highly matrixed environments.

- Highly functional and flexible global website platform that supports the company’s brand and growth aspirations in all major markets globally.
Additional Information
- Location: Chicago, London, New York, San Francisco, Washington, D.C., or Remote.
- Compensation: $161,300 – 225,000.
- Employment Type: Full Time.
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid / Possible Remote.
- Some in‑region and international travel may be required.
