This position requires proficiency in BIM authoring and coordination software, primarily Revit. The individual will serve as the main contact for Design Teams in the four DD areas listed above and act as a mentor on best practices throughout project lifecycles. Engage with all studio levels to rethink how technology impacts our processes and develop new ways of working. What You Will Do Research and develop new Digital Design workflows Lead Digital Design training for new and existing employees Coach and support studios and individuals Establish documented processes, procedures, and workflows Manage project templates, model management, and content development Support development and compliance with BIM Execution and Scope Plans Coordinate configurations for seamless design and construction model integration Assist teams in BIM management Lead teams to ensure proper use of Digital Design areas to test design requirements and functionality Your Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or equivalent, with 10-15 years of experience in design or construction practice Expertise in Autodesk Revit Architecture and related BIM software Familiarity with other design and visualization applications such as Autodesk 360, Enscape, VRay, Navisworks, FormIt, etc. Knowledge of computational design applications like Dynamo and Grasshopper Strong communication skills to convey Digital Design concepts to all levels Entrepreneurial spirit embracing change and innovation Reliable, responsive, and positive work ethic with integrity Ability to exercise judgment, set priorities, and manage demands Experience in developing training materials and providing ongoing education Punctuality and adherence to deadlines The base salary is estimated between $95K-$135K plus bonuses and benefits, contingent on experience.
