The Judge Group is hiring: Radio Frequency Engineer in Rolling Meadows

Overview Engineer-RF - III IBWave Certification or practical experience with IBWave. You will be part of the National In-building PMO RF Design team interfacing with submarket teams, enterprise sales teams and senior leadership teams. You will help build the foundation that keeps in front of the competition. You will be designing, managing the implementation of enterprise in-building projects and distributed antenna systems. These projects require interaction at the Director/VP level and development of Executive dashboards and presentations. Responsibilities Support the National InBuilding team in reviewing InBuilding designs (in iBwave format) and completing the required RF paperwork per project. Filing 911 and regulatory paperwork for all projects assigned to you. Team up with experienced RF Design engineers to manage projects throughout the country. Qualifications IBWave Certification and practical experience with IBWave Extensive knowledge of FCC Emissions and RF Safety guidelines Proficient on RF/Regulatory and PM Software: Atoll, Fuze/Siterra, Roofmaster/Roofview Expert in office computer applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access. RF System Optimization techniques for voice and data for Nortel, Motorola, and/or Nokia infrastructure Good understanding of engineering concepts and desire to learn and advance in a technical field Experience in RF Design for Indoor Systems Experience with RAN and DAS OEM systems Expertise with prediction and Mapping tools (Atoll, iBwave, MapInfo, Windcatcher) In-depth understanding of RF Engineering elements that affect decisions End-to-end understanding of systems and technologies Hands-on knowledge of tools and awareness of their limitations Attention to detail, organized, methodical Ability to complete assigned tasks under stressful situations Education/Certifications BS in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience in cellular/telecommunications 2 to 3 years of experience in RF Design Employment details Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Contract Job function: Telecommunications #J-18808-Ljbffr
