Position: Digital Court Reporter - Contractor We seek experienced digital court reporters. Completion of a training program OR relevant reporting experience is required. We offer flexible scheduling, including local, travel, and remote work options. Candidates may also have the opportunity to do transcription work based on experience. General Requirements: Completion of training program OR previous reporting experience Own reporting equipment before onboarding Legally eligible to work in the US Experience or knowledge of legal proceedings High professionalism Ability to meet deadlines Basic computer skills, including uploading/downloading files High-speed internet connection Reliable transportation Current US bank account for payments Compensation and Onboarding: Contractor role with pay per project/assignment, including: Daily appearance fee Travel expense reimbursement if applicable Commission on copy sales and exhibit handling Weekly direct deposit payments Onboarding includes paperwork, computer setup, and training on workflow systems.
