Minimum Requirements
8 years of experience in composing, reviewing, and editing technical documents, policy manuals, procedural documents, operational guidelines, materials, and reports.
8 years of experience researching, developing, and disseminating information on techniques for organizing and presenting policy, procedure, and technical information.
8 years of ability to consult with technical staff in the development of documentation, policy, and procedural materials.
6 years of experience preparing responses to correspondence, reports, surveys, questionnaires, and other requests for information.
6 years of experience creating and presenting policy and procedure updates, reports, options, and feedback to upper management and C-level stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
5 years of technology writing experience in the public sector.
5 years of knowledge of IT policies and procedures.
