You’ll become known within the company as an expert in the local multi channel media landscape, overseeing the team on day-to-day projects, and artfully translating strategies into innovative media plans — all while building robust client relationships and developing your team’s talent. Responsibilities
Staying up-to-date on the latest advanced video, OOH and audio offerings in the marketplace, spanning linear TV, streaming video and addressable TV, along with digital and traditional OOH, terrestrial audio and the world of podcasts Guiding strategy and buying teams on local offline media planning across a variety of channels Promoting a culture of shared learning and increasing visibility of video & offline expertise within the agency Delivering high-quality local media planning for clients, serving up a smart, thoughtful understanding of how cross channel planning can achieve (and exceed) objectives and goals — you’ll lend this expertise to new business pitches, too Developing innovative ideas to help break brands through the clutter, marrying client objectives, marketplace conditions and creative solutions within OOH Partnering with digital precision teams who will handle execution and campaign maintenance, working cross-functionally to spread video knowledge and establish continuous communication with the activation team A willingness to learn about and embrace offline formats like TV, audio, and OOH Qualifications
A four-year college education and five to seven years of offline and/or traditional media planning and/or buying experience An impressive understanding of the advanced video environment — you know this world by heart and you keep pulse with the rapid changes happening within it — and a clear understanding of the media planning process Experience with planning local channels like spot TV, audio, and OOH is a plus Exceptional communication skills — you’re skilled at interpreting client objectives and clearly articulating proposed media strategies and recommendations A strong, proven ability to teach analytic skills to staff, developing, encouraging, and inspiring them to grow Willingness to travel as needed — you’re open to new places, new faces, and new ideas Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, Midjourney) is a plus, especially for tasks like ideation, research, or content generation Additional Information
Compensation Range: $73,910 - $106,260. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. The Company anticipates the application deadline for this job posting will be 11/1/25.
