We’re looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to help us revolutionize how Intuit engages with our most important enterprise customers. This is a high-impact role where you\'ll blend creativity with data to design highly personalized experiences that resonate and convert. Responsibilities
Be a Campaign Architect: build and launch integrated, full-funnel marketing programs (from emails and digital ads to direct mail and events) that are laser-focused on specific industries, people, and stages of the customer journey. set up automated nurture tracks that guide prospects and customers. Master the Art of ABM: partner with Sales to identify key accounts and create bespoke 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM campaigns; track engagement, understand intent, and provide Sales with actionable insights that close deals. Drive Revenue & Enable Sales: develop enablement assets—messaging frameworks and call scripts—that empower sales, especially in cross-sell and upsell with high-value accounts. Analyze and Optimize Everything: define metrics that matter (ROI, funnel velocity), and constantly A/B test to improve performance. Team Up to Win: work with Sales, Product Marketing, Creative, and other teams to ensure consistent, powerful messaging; manage external partners as needed. Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. Intuit conducts regular pay equity comparisons across ethnicity and gender. Qualifications
Proven Experience: 5-10 years in B2B marketing with strong ABM and customer marketing background. Technical Know-How: hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot or Marketo), ABM platforms (6sense or Demandbase), and CRM systems (Salesforce); comfortable using AI-assisted tools. A Strategic Mindset: able to think big-picture while owning day-to-day execution; focused on metrics that prove impact on pipeline and revenue. A Customer-Centric Approach: deep understanding of the B2B buyer’s journey and the ability to create personalized experiences. Top-Tier Collaborator: effective cross-team collaboration to align on goals and drive success. Education: degree in business or marketing required. Preferred Experience

This position is eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits in accordance with our plans and programs. The expected base pay ranges include: Bay Area, CA: $213,500 - 289,500 Southern California, CA: $203,500 - 275,500 Location
