Field Marketing and Loyalty Manager
is responsible for driving guest acquisition, loyalty, and frequency of visits through both local store marketing initiatives and mobile app engagement. This role partners closely with field marketing agencies, franchisees, and external app partners to execute strategies that enhance brand visibility, foster community connections, and deliver measurable business results. The ideal candidate is proactive, data-driven, and skilled in building relationships across internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities
Partner with field marketing agencies and franchisees to drive local store marketing transactions across the system Lead initiatives with community organizations to increase brand trail, loyalty, and visit frequency Manage the planning and execution of local events in collaborations with franchisees and community partners Conduct monthly Sales/Marketing training sessions to educate the system on LSM opportunities Coordinate marketing activities for new store openings Communicate field activity updates in a clear and timely manner to Franchise Business Consultants, the Senior Manager – Off Premise, senior management, and other relevant departments, while maintaining effective collaboration with external partners and commercial partners Track LSM activities, measure outcomes, and evaluate effectiveness of initiatives Serve as the company lead for mobile app partnerships to develop and maintain a loyalty program Create and implement marketing strategies to acquire and retain app users, driving increased frequency of visits and sales Monitor, analyze, and report on app user behavior, KPIs, and campaign effectiveness to refine strategies Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to strengthen the mobile app marketing approach Stay informed on industry trends, competitive activities, and emerging digital marketing practices Required Skills and Competencies
Adaptable and able to adjust to fluid situations Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiply assignments simultaneously Dependable, with strong sense of accountability and follow-through Analytical thinker: able to interpret data and provide actionable insights that support business growth Excellent presentation and communication skills: able to share insights and ideas effectively Self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing marketing needs Strong work ethics and professionalism Ability to travel as required Proficiency with Office 365 applications Qualifications
