Linkage Marketing Coordinator (up to $2000 Incentive *Potential)
Hyatt Vacation Ownership is hiring a
Linkage Marketing Coordinator
in Lahaina, HI to join the Sales & Marketing team. This role offers uncapped commission and bonuses and a sign-on incentive potential.
Hourly Rate:
$14.00 per hour with production pay. The annual pay range (base wages + production pay) for the Worksite in 2024 was between $34,796 and $127,018.
Schedule:
Hours range from 7am to 8pm with rotating shifts (7am-1:30pm and 1:30pm-8pm), 5 days per week; must be flexible and available on weekends.
Sign-On Bonus:
Up to $2,000 sign-on bonus potential (1 year of timeshare experience required).
$1,000 paid after 45 days
$1,000 paid after six months
Additional Terms:
Additional terms and conditions apply to the sign-on bonus. Employment terms and all company policies apply.
As a Coordinator Marketing Linkage, your typical day will include:
Engaging with hotel guests at desk locations and providing elevated customer service.
Scheduling sales presentations and managing customer expectations.
Providing the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
Ensuring attendees at sales presentations meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning about products and services.
Using persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.
Guest Experience And Company Standards
Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs.
Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
Contribute to team goals.
Always follow company policies and safety procedures.
To Become a Coordinator Marketing Linkage
Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone.
Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
Concierge and/or sales experience preferred.
Position may require background and drug screening in accordance with state and local requirements.
Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
