We’re looking for an experienced multi-tooled marketer who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and make things happen. This isn’t a strategy-only role—it’s about execution. You’ll create content that moves people, launch campaigns that get noticed, run field and event marketing that puts us in front of customers, and help build the brand from the ground up. You’ll thrive here if you’re a self-starter who doesn’t wait for instructions, loves figuring things out fast, and knows how to get things done with limited resources. Own (plan, develop, execute, and optimize) full-funnel marketing strategies that create and capture demand, both for enterprise ABM motion and SMB demand generation; work with Sales team counterparts to ensure alignment and share insights Own content creation (such as whitepapers, guides, blogs, case studies, thought leadership) across channels; work with SMEs across teams for technical input Own marketing nurture email workflows that engage, educate, and convert leads into qualified opportunities and customers Use customer/buyer persona research to improve how buyers move through the customer journey Support organic social media, field marketing programs and events, from trade shows to customer activations, and website content updates as necessary Leverage AI to uplevel everything you do Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across the full marketing funnel, using data to optimize impact, pivot fast if necessary, and drive results Bring a scrappy, resourceful mindset to everything you do What You Bring

7+ years of marketing experience in B2B tech or startups Proven ability to create high-quality content for technical and business audiences Experience running marketing campaigns from start to finish Strong project management skills and comfort juggling multiple priorities A bias for action—you see a need and make it happen without waiting for permission Excellent written and verbal communication skills with examples of your work (content or campaigns) Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Webflow, Clay, or similar platforms Bonus Points

Experience in cleantech, energy, or sustainability sectors Startup background (especially Series A/B stage) Hands-on experience with field marketing or event management Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field Why join Electric Era?
