Tomorrow are working with a leading experiential agency known for creating award-winning brand experiences that blend design, storytelling, and cultural relevance. With offices across the US and a global client base spanning tech, lifestyle, and sport, they're behind some of the industry's most immersive and human-centered brand environments. This is an opportunity for a

You'll work collaboratively across creative, strategy, and production teams to bring brand stories to life through spaces, installations, and live experiences. What You'll Do
Lead the concepting and design of branded environments, activations, and installations across physical and digital touchpoints. Create detailed 3D and 2D designs that balance creativity with technical precision, aligning with client goals and brand intent. Develop mood boards, storyboards, and working drawings to communicate ideas clearly and persuasively. Collaborate closely with producers, strategists, and other creatives to ensure design integrity through fabrication and on-site execution. Present work internally and externally with confidence and clarity, contributing to a positive and collaborative team culture. Mentor junior designers and freelancers, supporting their growth and integration into project teams. Stay attuned to emerging design, material, and technology trends — sharing inspiration to keep the team's creative output evolving. What You'll Bring
4+ years' experience in environmental or experiential design, ideally within an agency or brand setting. A strong portfolio showcasing 3D and 2D design for branded environments, events, or installations. Proficiency in tools such as SketchUp, Vectorworks, AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, 3ds Max, or Cinema 4D. Strong 2D skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Solid understanding of fabrication methods, print production, materials, and on-site installation. Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills. A collaborative mindset, with the ability to lead projects while remaining hands-on. Willingness to travel and flexibility to support live events as needed. The Studio Environment
The agency champions a people-first culture - creative, inclusive, and built on collaboration. You'll find an emphasis on work-life balance, open communication, and a shared drive to push creative boundaries. We are passionate about promoting diversity, inclusion, and equality, and are committed to working with clients who share our outlook.
