Prepares home office budgets (mrktng, WWDS, dubbing) Oversees budgets (weekly reviews/analysis, overages, budget loads, reconciliations) Manages home office allocations (preparation, review/analysis, journals) Prepares monthly home office publicist & editor salary journals (emails, file & rate management) Manages the home office dummy account (flows forecasting, clearing, WBSEs) Prepares misc. monthly journals (coord w/ various departments, back-up, reconciliation) Prepares and oversees monthly credit card submissions, including reconciliation, coding, Concur processing, and payment coordination Prepare/send, & analyze bi-weekly reporting weekly Handles all aspects of the open PO process — from close-out emails to reporting, closing, and GRs Prepares accruals 2xs/qtr (monitors costs, forecasts, prepares file) Operation's/territory's main point of contact Ad hoc reporting as needed Ad hoc analysis/projects as needed Performs legal agreements checks on POs weekly Systems contact-Superuser (SAP, Graphite, Concur, MRC) Operations main point of contact Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required, a focus in Accounting, Finance, or related area preferred Excel knowledge 2-3+ years of relative experience Additional Qualifications

Hiring Salary Range: $60,000.00 - 72,500.00. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay depends on various factors including location, market demands, experience, training, and education. Los Angeles, CA Role location and related salary ranges may be subject to change.
