Salary and Benefits At Scribd, base pay is part of a total compensation package and is determined within ranges based on local benchmarks. Salary ranges vary by location:
California (SF area): $118,000 – $184,000.
United States (outside California): $97,000 – $175,000.
Canada: CAD 123,500 – CAD 164,000.
We consider factors such as experience, skills, education, and business needs. This position is eligible for equity and a comprehensive benefits package.
