We are looking for our first Content Marketing Manager to develop tailored narratives and content assets for Figma’s enterprise buyers. Reporting to our Director, B2B Growth Marketing, you will be responsible for supporting our product‑led sales motion by crafting and prioritizing key narratives that translate into pipeline, engage our executive audience, and drive conversion across the funnel. As a founding member of this function, you will have the unique opportunity to build from 0—develop the foundations of our B2B content marketing strategy and support some of our highest revenue‑generating channels.

What you’ll do at Figma

Develop the foundation for how we implement B2B content marketing at Figma.

Create and drive the content narrative themes for quarterly integrated Demand Generation campaigns.

Partner closely with Field Marketing, Product Marketing, and Executive teams to create presentation narratives and scripts across our event pillars.

Onboard and manage writing contractors or agencies to produce long‑ and short‑form assets that support our sales motions and generate efficient pipeline.

Manage relationships with partners to co‑create shared narratives that enable Figma to reach new audiences and markets.

Develop a philosophy of measurement and reporting for content performance as a demand channel.

Provide enablement of content campaigns & programs to align deeply with our sellers.

We’d love to hear from you if you have

6+ years of experience supporting B2B and Sales functions in partnership with Demand Generation teams.

A proven track record of developing clear and compelling narratives across diverse channels.

Experience creating executive presentations (narratives/talk‑tracks) for events & webinars.

Experience being held to metric‑based outcomes of a content channel.

Experience with product‑led growth funnels (driving bottom‑up end‑user adoption and top‑down buyer engagement) – optional.

A background in Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, and/or Developer Marketing – optional.

Experience working in multi‑product environments – optional.

Pay Transparency Disclosure If based in Figma’s San Francisco or New York hub offices, this role has the annual base salary range stated below. Pay ranges are adjusted for remote locations based on a factor of 80–100 % of the hub range. Discuss your specific work location with your recruiter.

Annual Base Salary Range (SF / NY Hub): $122,000—$260,000 USD.
