We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Digital Marketing Assistant

to join our growing team at

WIGZ Marketing Solutions . This is a

part-time, hybrid role

(4 hours per day, Monday–Friday) based out of

Life Time Work in River North, Chicago . Schedule

Typically in-person on

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

at Life Time Work Tuesday and Thursday

remote In-person days may occasionally shift based on team or project needs Pay:

$25/hour Hours:

20 hours per week Responsibilities

Schedule and publish social media posts Draft blogs and captions Post blogs on

WordPress

and

Shopify Make basic website updates Assist with

email

and

SMS marketing Support

basic SEO optimization Join team meetings and collaborate on campaigns What We’re Looking For

Strong writing and organizational skills Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, AI Tools, and social scheduling tools (like Vista Social and Meta Business Suite) A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow Interest in marketing, branding, and content creation Work in a vibrant co-working space at Life Time Work Flexible hours and a collaborative team culture working with the CEO and team Opportunities for full-time growth
