Kimberly-Clark North America is seeking a strategic, analytically minded individual to join its Business Unit Sales organization as the Retail Media Strategy Lead. The role will focus on the brand’s Retail Media performance across Customers and deliver via cross-functional collaboration embedded in the brand and business rhythm in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will collaborate across brand, media, insights + analytics, customer development, and commercial analytics to drive Retail Media strategy and execution. Responsibilities
Responsible for Brand Retail Media strategy/plans and performance across customers, working with brand, media, and customer omnichannel teams Integrate Retail Media into the yearly marketing planning process and in-year investment strategy Partner with customer Omnichannel Marketing teams and agencies to ensure Retail Media execution aligns with the strategy and optimizes performance Collaborate to harmonize retail and national media planning, audience and reach/frequency management; recommend spend by media vehicle/tactic Identify growth opportunities within Retail Media with BU partners to accelerate Digital + Omnichannel share growth Oversee paid search across retailers by brand, using analytics to maximize Retail Search performance and link budget to brand strategy Work with agencies and Omnichannel Marketing teams by Customer to ensure Retail Media plans/executions maximize value from RMN JBPs Support rapid Retail Media optimizations and measurement with real-time adjustments linked to national optimizations Navigate a cross-functional, matrix organization to secure stakeholder support from executive leadership to manager level Identify and drive innovative approaches or new offerings as part of learning for Brand Retail Media across customers Qualifications
5+ years of progressive experience omnichannel/customer marketing 2+ years of experience in digital functions, performance marketing or eCommerce In-depth knowledge of/experience with key retailers (e.g., Walmart, Target, Kroger, Amazon) on Digital Commerce and retail media/performance marketing Experience at a Media/Commerce Agency, Retail Media Network/Platform, or Digital Commerce Marketing at a CPFG; experience in two or more is preferred Broad knowledge of retailer media platforms and go-to-market executions with positive ROIs Ability to analyze data to identify opportunities, develop strategies and execute plans Experience integrating Retail Media + National Media strategies Strategic thinking with ability to drive commercial planning and execution Creative thinking and problem-solving skills Experience in a matrix organization with a track record of leading change via influence Travel requirements: 10% Preferred
