We are seeking a strategic Senior Growth Marketing Manager with a strong focus on Paid Search including Bing and Google Paid Search, Demand Gen, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns. This role will be responsible for using data-driven insights to develop and own paid search strategies, manage media budgets, drive campaign execution, and work cross-functionally to achieve growth and ROI objectives. You understand the full search landscape to identify opportunities where paid and organic search can work together to maximize performance. Responsibilities

Ownership of planning, management, and execution of all California Closets Paid Search campaigns, including account setup, development and implementation of strategies, campaign structure, budget management, bidding strategies, and invoice and billing management. Experience managing budgets > $10M, with reporting of charges to internal finance teams. Direct and manage a digital agency to define, execute and measure marketing campaigns to maximize customer growth across paid search (SEM), YouTube, display, programmatic, and retargeting. Direct and manage agency efforts for keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience targeting to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks. Analyze data to derive insights, identify anomalies, and drive optimization opportunities. Review paid search and YouTube performance by market/DMA and adjust strategies with local business owners to align with objectives. Meet and exceed monthly volume and ROAS targets through continuous improvement and experimentation. Collaborate with agency and platform teams to assess performance and evolve strategies in the paid search landscape. Monitor new opportunities within Google and Microsoft Ads to test and optimize accounts. Develop a data-driven YouTube advertising strategy aligned with business goals. Conduct post-campaign analysis and test plans for new user acquisition initiatives. Collaborate with Growth, Tech, Operations, Solutions and Brand teams to support company growth initiatives. Develop creative and innovative paid search and YouTube strategies for customer acquisition and test new tactics. Derive insights from data and synthesize recommendations to improve campaign performance. Conduct cross-channel attribution analysis to understand media mix impact on paid search performance. Continuously educate on industry trends and advancements in paid search and AI. Ensure compliance with corporate privacy and data governance policies when working with third-party partners. Qualifications

7+ years of Paid Search experience in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. Hands-on experience with YouTube video campaigns. Google and Microsoft Ads certifications. Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4). Strong skills in Excel (macros, charts, pivot tables) and Tableau or similar BI tools. Proven experience with A/B testing and iterative optimization. Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple campaigns and location/franchise-specific strategies. Data-driven problem-solving skills and ability to extract actionable insights. Track record of exceeding performance goals through analysis and strategic execution. Additional Information
