Join the Advanced Media Solutions team, a team of media and technology professionals focused on AI configuration and enablement across JPMorganChase Paid Media. This team works in close partnership with paid media subject matter experts, Controls, Compliance, Legal and Sourcing. They ensure the solutions are delivered end-to-end, while ensuring responsible use of AI in compliance with internal policies, laws, and regulations, with regular progress updates being shared with senior leadership and C‑Suite management. As part of its mandate, the Advanced Media Solutions team will devote time to remain up to date with cutting‑edge advances in AI.

As the Media Platform/Third Party AI on the Advanced Media Solutions team, you will work with the Media Agency of Record AI lead and colleagues across the Paid Media team, execution platforms, media agencies, Data & Analytics, etc. to integrate the use of artificial intelligence into business strategies to deliver measurable commercial impact and solutions geared to assist the Paid media team. Your responsibilities include advancing both traditional AI/ML and generative AI capabilities, identifying priorities, and focusing on high-impact AI use cases. You will set the Generative AI strategy around Large Language Models and Agentic AI, reuse and scale AI solutions across lines of business, and foster a culture of innovation and an AI‑first mindset among employees.

Job responsibilities

Maintain a full landscape view of tools and tech that benefit Paid Media across both our internal and external partners

Responsible for maintaining a list of tool/tech opportunities, understanding the inherent implementation complexity, assigning value prop and sizing, and systematically leading the process of approval to implementation

Responsible for taking these tools through internal approvals and registering with AI/ML governance, ensuring compliance requirements are maintained/up‑to‑date, and owning operating model change management with working teams

Collaborate with counterparts in Performance Marketing, Brand, Product and Tech, and Global Tech Strategy to review tools, evaluate opportunities, determine fit for Paid Media, and develop implementation plans.

Responsible for maintaining/developing backlog of work with Marketing Data & Analytics, FAST, CCB Data Owners, and feed asks into Central Marketing backlog for CAMP; lead and broker agreements with each group to use their resources to achieve large scale projects

Contribute to the data ecosystem, enablement, and applied AI/ML strategy, supporting the Strategy and Data Enablement Lead

Partner with Media AOR AI, Configuration and Enablement lead to evaluate capabilities and determine how each tool should be classified

Synthesize complex information around our marketing technology solutions into a cohesive narrative that is presentable for a variety of stakeholders and remain up to date with latest progress and breakthrough in the AI space

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

7+ years of marketing experience.

Strong analytical mindset and ability to connect technology investments to business outcomes

Strong collaboration across functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing processes

Planning and executing projects while keeping to timelines and budget

Passion for problem solving and innovative (out of the box) thinking

Ability to learn complex business problem statements and re‑formulate in simple terms, and to distill complex data into actionable insights

Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

Apply solutions across the media landscape (e.g., audience segmentation, predictive analytics, generative content, dynamic creative optimization).

Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints, using sound judgement to assess risks, and to lay out your argument in a well‑structured, data‑informed, written narrative

Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship

Experience in executive storytelling and presentation building using principles such as Smart Brevity, Minto, and Objective Key Results (OKR) setting and management

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

Agency product and Operations experience is preferred

Experience in Paid Media, especially media agency product development roles, a plus.

Familiarity with Agile or Lean marketing methodologies

Proficiency in SQL preferred

Advanced skills in Excel are essential

Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, R is a plus.

Experience with measurement solutions (MMM, MTA), automation, clean rooms, customer data platforms, knowledge and identity graphs, marketing and media execution platforms
