At Ann Sacks, our Design Sales Consultants (DSCs) are the heart and soul of our success in the luxury interiors industry. As the welcoming face of our brand, DSCs inspire the industry’s top designers and social media influencers to transform their most important spaces with our world class selection. DSCs play a pivotal role in driving sales through engaging and impactful interactions, and business development skills. They collaborate with homeowners, trade professionals in design studios, and provide virtual presentations to support client projects. They cultivate a thriving book of business with both current and potential clients across assigned territories or business segments. Success is measured through net order/sales goals, client satisfaction, and brand stewardship. Location : Onsite – Miami, Florida
Responsibilities
Develop new relationships and business for Ann Sacks to meet/exceed sales goals.
Make outside sales calls to grow client base, promote brand awareness and new products.
Reactivate dormant accounts, follow up on leads, and develop a healthy pipeline of business.
Network with the professional trade through associations, meetings and events, including in-store events.
Contribute to an inclusive, welcoming, and gracious work environment for colleagues and clients.
Offer prompt, friendly, and gracious service, balancing appointments and walk-in traffic to ensure client satisfaction and sales results.
Maintain an organized and aesthetically pleasing showroom environment.
Conduct outside sales calls focused on top-selling and high-potential accounts, marketing new and featured products.
Leverage Salesforce to manage customer relationships, interactions, leads and opportunities to demonstrate an accurate pipeline.
Follow up on leads/quotes regularly to close business, including accurate paperwork.
Create and execute marketing plans and in-store events; collaborate with Customer Care to track orders and ensure quality service.
Develop detailed knowledge of all product lines and features; participate in internal training to enhance selling skills.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience. Preference for interior or architectural design or luxury retail sales.
Education: Coursework, certificate or degree in interior design, business management, or marketing is preferred but not required.
Software: Proficiency with Windows and MS Office; experience with Salesforce or a CRM is highly preferred.
Other Skills
Curiosity, creativity, and passion for design, architecture, art, or fashion.
Strong organizational and collaborative skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
The ideal candidate possesses exemplary customer service skills to support long-term business development and is driven, goal-oriented with a business owner mindset.

Compensation & Perks The base salary for this position is $65,000 plus competitive commission. This position is eligible for an Area Salary Differential based on location. Kohler offers day 1 benefits; you’ll have access to applicable benefit programs from day one with no waiting period.
