POSITION SUMMARY

The Digital Marketing Specialist will have a key, high visibility role in the company working directly with upper management and Sales. The individual in this role will be responsible for lead generation activities around Digital Campaigns (including website updates, SEO, impression ads, chat, Google, LinkedIn, and Social media sites). E-marketing activities and establishing best practices and processes around email marketing platform(s); Distributor Community; and Pardot Campaign Analysis– ROI and KPI’s.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, search engines, email, and display advertising).
Create engaging content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social platforms.
Plan, produce, and edit marketing videos (e.g., product demos, social media reels, event highlights, customer testimonials) using tools such as Camtasia, Adobe Premiere, or similar platforms.
Manage social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, etc.) and monitor performance.
Work with our external agency to plan and execute SEO/SEM strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
Analyze website and campaign metrics (Google Analytics, social insights) to measure ROI and optimize strategies.
Collaborate with designers, writers, and other team members to create cohesive marketing assets.
Stay current with digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
Manage paid advertising budgets to maximize results and minimize cost per acquisition.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience (4–6 years) in digital marketing or similar role.
Strong data and marketing analytics.
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media advertising platforms.
Experience with video production tools, including Camtasia, Adobe Premiere, or Final Cut, with the ability to edit and produce high-quality marketing videos.
Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging multimedia content.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
